  9. Beautiful photos representing some of your favourite things, which happen to be some of my favourite things, too. God, family, prayer, home, friends, flowers, the Cretan countryside, the Aegean sea, baking, morning coffee on rainy day, come to mind right now. There are many, many more...

Your beautiful images made me smile.

  10. Beautiful!

I never thought about taking a cue from the Sound of Music and actually reflecting on my own favorite things!

Thanks for spurring me on to do just that!

  16. A wonderful post Joy. My favourite things include food, travel and photography, each of which reinforce God's provision, His Creation and the opportunity to focus on life from a different perspective. However, precious things include investing time with dear friends and those who are yet to become so, combined with listening to Dr Charles Stanley share God's word in such a down-to-earth, comprehensive and sensitive manner. Blessings on you and yours.

  20. Somehow when I was looking at your photographs today, I was singing along "these are a few of my favorite things." The sun peeked out for a moment now it is cloudy again. Hoping the rain will be gone for the 4th of July celebrations here. Great photography and theme to go with it.
