This poor robin was having a bad
The wind was strong and his feathers were blowing all over....I hadn't seen that before....sure looked odd.
I don't like to have these guys in my garden, since they LOVE to take my tomatoes,......but I do like to take some pictures of them.................
This guy looks like he is trying to tell me something! :)
Ready..............
Get set..............
Blue Jays are annoying yard birds as they squawk and chase off smaller birds. I always think of them as rather selfish birds, but they do have beautiful blue coloring.
The juncos and chickadees are so small, but they are fun to watch.
This is a collection of different animal and bird pictures, taken in various seasons of the year. It is amazing how many different birds there are just in a small area. God is so creative in the variety of colors, shapes, sizes and calls of the birds.

lovely photos . I adore the songs of all the birds in my yard. it is so restful to sit and listen to all Gods nature
ReplyDeleteThank you....I agree - it is restful (usually! There are those times at 4am that I would appreciate a bit more silence from the birds when my windows are open and I want to sleep! :) What a joy to see and hear the creatures God has made, though. Thank you for visiting. :)
DeleteThank you for sharing this on Green Thumb Thursday! I pinned it to our hop board and shared it via Twitter and FB. See you on Thursday!
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting... so sorry to have taken so long to respond.
DeleteBeautiful photos! I enjoyed them even more as this weekend, we babysat my 2 granddaughters, who absolutely LOVED watching the activity of squirrels & birds around my two bird feeders :) Visited from Sharing His Beauty. May you have a wonderful week!
ReplyDeleteThank you... the birds and squirrels are so fun to watch... My parents go through various stages of feeding the birds, not going to feed the birds anymore... feeding again, etc. They love watching them... my family and I laugh when we talk of Grandpa's birds. :)
DeleteGreat shots! The robin with the bad feather day is hysterical, by the way!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing at http://image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2015/04/french-corner-bakery.html
Thank you... I thought so too... I felt bad for the guy though... and I have never seen the feathers do that before and didn't know they would. It was interesting. :)
DeleteThe poor Robin, looks like it may have been in a crap. Really like the Woodpecker too.
ReplyDeleteIt was really windy, so it looked like the wind was blowing the feathers... it kept ruffling them one way and then another. :) Thank you for visiting.
DeleteFine captures... Especially the squirrels I do like. We have sometimes one here, but wie have two cats too. And the squirrels are angry. Very funny the robin.
ReplyDeleteThank you... it is fun to see those odd times when things look a bit out of the ordinary... and fun to capture those. :)
